CTGCSA Annual Sponsorship

• Membership dues for one member ($100.00 value).

• Additional memberships for only $50.00 per membership.

• Company logo and name on the Annual Sponsor banner displayed at each CTGCSA event.

• Flutter flag for each sponsor to be displayed at each CTGCSA golf event.

• Four (4) special advertising e-blast per calendar year. (Company profile, advertisements sent to all members through the CTGCSA system.

• Annual Sponsor graphic on email blasts and website.

• Special marketing opportunities at all CTGCSA events such as product placement on host course, special contests, etc. All items are subject to approval from Board of Directors and Host Superintendent / Club. Sponsors must give notice of marketing plan no later than 2 weeks prior to event date.

• Exclusive access to special “Individual Event Sponsorship” opportunities listed below. These items require an Annual Sponsorship and are marked on the Sponsorship Commitment Form.

Prepaid Meetings
This is a great deal if you attend most meetings!

Prepaid entry to all meetings. These prepaid meeting fees can be transferred to any employee of the club, company, or guest from the club / company.

Event Sponsorships

• You must be an Annual Sponsor to qualify for the meeting “title” sponsorship.
• First come, first served basis.
• First right of refusal for following years.
• Reservations for the “Event Sponsorships” will be accepted beginning 4:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 (no application for sponsorship will be accepted prior to this date/time).

January - Annual Awards Banquet
• $5,000.00 includes award videos
• $3,500.00 without videos (separate sponsor)

February - Assistants / Equipment Managers Education Program
• $1,000.00 lunch

March - Legacy Scholarship Fundraiser / Turf Day
• $1,600.00

April - McClure Match Play Championship
• $2,750.00 includes tee prize with McClure Cup Logo and Company logo for winners

We encourage all Event Sponsors to take advantage of these opportunities by providing any additional merchandise or marketing material at the event. The board of directors asks that you tell us prior to the event. However, we see this as your time to interact with the superintendent members and wish to help you market your company as you see fit.
